Cooking food over traditional ‘Bhatthi’ is still in practice in the community living at Old-Ahmedabad.

He is one of the greatest people I have ever come across. He has been cooking the same chicken biryani with onion paste for last 40 years and it tastes exactly the same every single time. He isn’t paid much but cooking is for love and passion and not about money. I saw his hands, burnt and has lost all sensitivity.
