  • Who retains the copyrights of the photographs?

    The Photographer( and The SnapFactory ) retains copyright of the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays. By this the client is not eligible to resell the said photographs.Selling or obtaining “the copyright” is not possible, but you will have the ability to print and share your images as much as you’d like!

    What are your fees and how are they calculated?

    Our plans are custom crafted for each client depending on their requirements and many other factors which are to be kept in mind. For more details and exact quotations kindly fill the Contact Us form. We will send all the details on immediate basis and promise to response ASAP.

    How do you deliver the photographs?

    Photographs shall be delivered to the Client via specified online cloud storage system  /  USB storage drive on or before the date of delivery (after complete payment). Fees do not include hard copies of any photographs but they can be arranged as per the request of the client with extra charges. 

    When do you deliver the photographs?

    Our standard delivery time ranges anywhere from two weeks to five weeks depending upon the event and number of photographs. It always takes time to bring out the best. As we all say “Sabr ka fal meetha hota hai!”.  

    Do you take any deposits or advance payments?

    Yes. We take 50% advance payment of the decided fees which are non-refundable. This is necessary as there’s a lot of efforts put in planning the shots and fixing date and time for a client. Once the advance payment is done, only then the dates are confirmed and booked exclusively for you. 

    Are the payments refundable?

    No. We are sorry we have a strict No Refund Policy for all kinds of payments. We assure you that you wouldn’t want to refund the fees after looking at our work. We also accept tips if you wish to give us that extra cream.

    Do you charge Transportation and Food allowance?

    Yes. The Client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur for parking, required meals, transportation which is necessary for the performance of these services. The Client shall even reimburse the charges for stay(hotel) if the shoot is outside of Ahmedabad and requires overnight stay. 

    Can some of our photos be delivered in both black & white and colour??

    Images delivered in black and white are only available in black and white. If you’d like more color images and less black and white images in your coverage, please let us know before the event/shoot is photographed. We’d be glad to accommodate you if we know your preferences before hand! We promise to show our creativeness in the photographs.
